I’ve been invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the reopening of Spaceship Earth at EPCOT.
Its cold here and getting colder. At least we don’t have the snow that Ohio is getting.
Back to Costco. My Casablanca DVD set had two #2 discs in it and no #1.
Costco and Apple Store today. Spent too much money. Got an iMac 24” 2.8GHz for the office. Almost bought a MacBook Air too.
Winter storm coming, stocking up on bread, milk, and TP.
Watching the lunar eclipse. Nearly 100% here and kinda cool. Its only a shadow on the moon, but our ancestors thought it was black magic.
Rocky Run. Big River got me in the mood for variety, hence the sampler.
Its cold here. Not like the 60-degree nights in Orlando.
Guy Kawasaki has a great new post about his new Air and new iMac. See it at http://tinyurl.com/2tc5bw.
Flight was full of Nascar fans. Makes the baggage claim area interesting. So many wannabe’s.
The flight was full and a mother with a 9-month old baby sat next to me. The baby took an instant liking to me.
Ready to board for the flight home. Got all of my podcasts. It is nice that Southwest has laptop stations with USB power at the gate areas.
Why does Southwest create this culture of arriving early and even tells you to be there 2 hours before your flight, then not be open for …
Its 3:30 and I am on the Magic Express bus to the airport. Free wireless, yippee!
Powered up! Long day starting @ Hollywood Studios with Mupletvision 3D, then a ride on Star Tours. That robot pilot ISVs trip!
Offline most of the day with a drained battery and missing USB cable.
I wonder if I offered the bus driver a few bucks if he would go through the McDonalds drive-thru so I could get a bite?
Got a respectable 198000 on Buzz Lightyesr. Thunder Mtn RR was too busy so I caught a magic carpet ride instead. Heading to the resort now.
Found the ghosts and partied, they invited me back. Now I am headed into the future at Tomorrowland.
Sailed with pirates, then went looking for 999 ghosts. Got distracted by Philharmagic. I’m easy for 3D.
Riding the incredibly campy Jungle Cruise. So many frustrated comics work this ride.
Ate atYak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom again. They were out of Singha. Closed the park and went to Magic Kingdom by way of Grand Floridian.
Animal Kingdom is next, though I feel like I’m there now with the throngs of people at All Star Sports.
heading to Downtown Disney (if the bus ever gets here). Gonna checkout pins and the big store; maybe get to Virgin Records too.
Going around EPCOT again. Beer and nachos in Mexico.
I just rode the returned Haunted Mandion. The refreshed stuff looks good and the new items are terrific! The crystal ball scene rocks!
The Wishes firewtirks show has to be one of the all-time best. Photos on Flickr soon.
The magic Kingdom is emptying out, yet the Spectromsgic parade starts in 15 mind. Lots of good spots left. Guess I’ll stay.
The new Monsters Inc Laugh Club is pretty funny. Followed that with the old Tiki Bird show, then a ride on Pirates. Got a good fireworks …
Opted for the Yak-n-Yeti for food and a Kingfisher. My annual pass gets me a discount.
Sharon is on duty, but Bryon has moved to the inside bar at Tusker House. Guess I’ll drop in there later. Off to the safari now.
Taking a bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge, where I’ll catch a bus to the Animal Kingdom. I wonder if Bryon is working today at the Dawa Bar?
going back to Hollywood Studios for the stunt driving show was a bad idea. It was solo crowded. Going to try Animal Kingdom now.
Got to the park & took a trip when someone ran their stroller into me from behind. A few cuts & bruises. Nothing a Tusker at Dawa won’t fix!
I think I’ll pop into the U.K. And hit the Rose and Crown Pub for a pint of Guineas before leaving.
Looking for Nemo now. Ooh! Dolphins!
EPCOT again for the extra magic hours. Sushi and a Kirin to start.
next, a long walk around. Leave it to me to get stuck at a drawbridge as they put the fireworks floats away.
Had a round on the golf course, shooting 82! Didn’t lose a ball either. Then, I shot 54 on the back nine. Not my best score.
Rambo wasolay, but he has traded stealth kills for outright carnage. Back to the Boardwalk by bus.
Ramb is the movie, Boddington’s is the beer. A little cool out here, but nice.
5 minutes to start and I’m the only one in the theater. Guess that means I can talk, text, and call folks.
Happy hour on the patio at Raglan Road in Pleasure Island. I have time for a Boddington’s before the movie.
headed to the movies. Might see “I am legend” or “jumper”. Suggestions?
I don’t think an apple Danish fits into my low carb routine. Oh, who cares. Yum!
I’ll bet that Mickey premium bars aren’t on that list either. Oops.
